A few weeks ago your dad and I had names picked out for whoever you were going to be. Peighton for a girl and Garrett for a boy!
Well guess what!! On April 19th 2012; After a long day with Valerie at the dr's office; you are a boy!
I didn't want to tell anyone or Facebook until I told your dad whos been at work all day, so I sent the photo to close friends and family and told them not to say a word until I announced it publicly.
When your dad got home from work I looked out of our hotel window (we were in a extended stay hotel because our roommate had shingles, and I've never had chicken pox so the drs didn't want me around him). I was so excited that I tried to fake him out. I wanted a girl and your dad wanted a boy. So I made him think you were a girl just until I got outside and handed him the photo.
Garrett, we were so excited. You were gonna be Mommy's Little Monster!
