Seth Reed Miller
This pregnancy has not been a fun one yet.
A few weeks ago when mommy got to go see a regular dr instead of the midwives I found out with some of the health issues I've had before getting pregnant (mommy has fatty liver disease and pre-diabeties) it's going to effect the pregnancy.
Mommy has to take 4 shots of insulin a day to ensure that your safe and healthy and not to big, I also have to see a high risk dr once per month to make sure everything with me and you is going okay.
Before I got to see Dr. Harper, Dr. Franco really made us concerned, there is two types of fatty liver diseases. One is of life (which is what I have), and one is of pregnancy (which is what Dr. Franco thought mommy had). The of pregnancy is developed in the 3rd trimester and has a 50/50 chance of mommy making it through delivery. Luckily that is not what mommy has but they are going to be watching it very closely to make sure she doesn't get it in your 3rd trimester.
But either way Seth, we can not wait to meet you and we are so excited to have you in our lives. Pregnancy complications or not.
I got to see you this week!
Your growing like a weed!
I was told from
the high risk doctor, that your femur bone is almost the size of a
newborns, and your head is already 14 cm.
As of this morning we were
expecting to see your beautiful face on June 17th 2014, however, because
of how big you are already they moved your date to June 9th 2014, and
having a planned c-section for June 2nd 2014.
Your heart rate was at 150
bpm this time and you are already almost a whole pound! Your daddy, me
and your older brother are so excited to meet you!
Your BPM: 150 range
